"Study by Lamplight" 2008 watercolor C. Asheley Kapelewski

An older cat portrait, this one of my red-point Siamese, Misun. He loved to lay on top of whatever I was reading, in the manner of cats. We lived without electricity at the time on an off-grid homestead, and I read by an oil lamp, hence the title.
